Quand Russ (Matt Smith), son voisin punk, lui demande de s’occuper de son chat pendant quelques jours, Hank se retrouve soudain en proie à différents groupes mafieux. Tous semblent attendre quelque chose de lui, le problème c’est qu’il ne sait absolument pas de quoi il s’agit. Alors qu’il tente de leur échapper, Hank va devoir tout faire pour rester en vie assez longtemps pour comprendre ce qui lui arrive…
